Please be aware that our venue operates on a cashless system, and there are no ATMs available onsite. For your convenience and peace of mind, we recommend reviewing our FAQs page in advance.
What to bring & what to leave at home
Small bags, diaper bags, medically necessary bags. No single-use plastic water bottles are allowed in the venue. For more info on our bag policy and prohibited items (incl. larger bags, selfie sticks, or recording equipment) please check below before the show.

Please note that all concerts and events at The Sound Amphitheater are scheduled to proceed rain or shine. In case of an emergency, please keep an eye on our social media channels for any updates. Any cancellations will be promptly communicated through an official alert. Just a friendly reminder: umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue, but you are more than welcome to bring a poncho to stay dry. Thank you for your cooperation!

FAQs
Parking
Yes, we provide ample parking facilities for concert attendees. Please follow event signage and staff instructions for parking guidance.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not welcome inside of the venue. Please leave these items at home.
- Lawn chairs or any folding chairs
- Containers, bottles, cans, liquid containers and coolers
- Food
- Backpacks, large purses, and bags (larger than a lunchbox)
- Umbrellas, strollers (strollers must be checked in at Guest Services)
- Weapons and fireworks
- Poles/Sticks of any kind
- Objects that obstruct another guest’s view
- Horns, whistles, noisemakers
- Animals (except service animals for guests with disabilities)
- Professional cameras, audio and video recording devices (camera policy subject to change based on event/artist)
- Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption
- Audio/Video recording devices
- Illegal substances of any kind

Cashless Payment Policy
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
ADA Ticket Policy
The Sound does have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does often sell out. They have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase your tickets.
If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the seat you originally purchased, we strongly recommend calling the venue prior to the day of the show to exchange your purchased tickets for accessible seating. Tickets are based on availability and the venue cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you.
Please remember that accessible seating permits one seat for the guest with the accessible needs and one seat for a companion. All seats require tickets.
Refund Policy
The Sound has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all shows and events. We recommend that you not obtain tickets from unauthorized sources, as they may be stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void. See Ticketmaster refund policy here.
General Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.
